6:00 PM - Zumba Party
We kick things off with a high energy Zumba session led by four instructors: Roz, Renata, Leah and Joanna.
Expect festive vibes, some of your favourite songs from the past year, a sprinkle of Christmas spirit, and plenty of feel-good energy dancing like nobody is watching. It’s going to be so much fun!
7:00 PM -Strength & Personal Bests
This part of the evening is about your personal best. Join us for strength sessions focused on lifting strong, feeling powerful, and celebrating your progress.
Come along for one session or both; this evening is all about celebrating you, pushing yourself at your own pace, and enjoying the supportive atmosphere.
Bring some snacks to share!!!
