*The order of fighting will be fromless weight to greater weight. *The schedules can be modified and altered ifnecessary.
3. PARTICIPATION
National teams and clubs. A competitor must have a valid License from their corresponding federation. The responsibility of respecting this rule rests with the National Federation and / or Club that enrolls the participants.
The nationality of the competitors will be taken as indicated in their current passport or current national identification card. Competitors can only represent one country and, in any case, change of nationality. In these circumstances, both National Federations involved must have already agreed and confirmed their agreement in writing in accordance with current federation regulations. Appropriate documentation must be provided with the application to enter the competition.
All participants must have Individual Each National Federation affiliated with the International Federation mayenter not less then 1 and not more then 3 competitors in one weight category. Each athlete competes only in one weight category, the one in which they are enrolled.
Team
The team name can only be the country name and in case of more teams in one age group from one country it must be Country name plus number, for instance Great Britain 1, Great Britain 2, etc.
4. INSCRIPTION
Entries are required to be made through your federation or with your authorization.

first section: € 60, second section: € 40, third sections: € 30, Fourth section: € 20
Referee seminar participants – € 50
This fee can be charged by cash during the registration and weighting.
*** During the registration procedure, National Federations may pay annual membership fees to CJJIF!

Deadline November 14 at 11pm (GTM+1).
After the deadline, additional records (late entries, replacements) - € 20 add to entry fee.

**** If you want to apply for a visa (national study, national others, Schengen) you have to book an appointment directly on the e-konsulat website (https://secure.e-konsulat.gov.pl/) through registering the form. If the appointments are not available please note that it means all slots have been already booked. Kindly note new appointents are opened every business Monday during office hours (8:30-16:30). If Monday is a holiday the appointments will be opened on the next work day. Register for appointment per your travel: if you plan to study in Polandà national study; if your are travelling for the period longer than 91 days for other purpose e.g. collection of temporary residence card, visiting family à national others; if you planned period of stay is less than 90 daysà Schengen.
If you want to apply for a work visa, you can preregister the visa application via the e-konsulat system (https://secure.e-konsulat.gov.pl/). The system will verify your work permit and will guide you on the next steps that will lead you to the visa appointment. There is a draw system and each Saturday appointments are given to choosen applications.
There is no other way to get an appointment, but by booking it yourself on the e-konsulat website. Appointments are given free of any charge.
8. JUDGING
The referee teams is provided by Combat Ju-Jutsu International Federation for their competition. Each team obliged to provide a certified referee at the rate of 1 referee for every 20 competitors but at least 1 certified referee from the team! Teams that do not comply with this requirement are penalized at the rate of EUR 200 for each unrepresented judge or EUR 500 if the team did not assign certified referee at all! This rule does not apply only to those national teams that are participating in the championships for the first time!
Judges Uniforms: black pants, waistcoat or suit, white shirt. Referee: black pants, waistcoat or suit, white shirt.
Side Judge: black pants, waistcoat or suit, white shirt. Trainers: just in sportswear, dock sides. Representatives - casually clothes.

10. TOURNAMENT RULES
• Tournaments for Combat Ju-Jutsu are conducted according the official full rules of the Combat Ju-Jutsu International Federation (CJJIF) : http://cjjif.org/eng/Rules/rules_e.htm
11. COMPETITION AREAS
1.- Three (3) competition tatami areas measuring 12x12 m. One (1) heating and preparation tatami area
12. UNIFORM CONTROL
The uniform of the Championship participants must necessarily correspond to the standard approved by the rules of the competition. Athletes in uniforms that do not correspond to the standard will not be allowed to fight! It will be operated with person in charge. On the draw sheet the competitor named at the top must wear a red belt and the one below wears a blue belt, fully complying with the rules.
Each participant must be in the next uniform and have protectors:
• White or blue pure GI with the emblem of CJJIF, the putch of Combat Ju-Jutsu, the national federation emblem and the country's flag/emblem on the left shoulder;
• Teams must to have the blue or red Color belts;
• protectors: a helmet for cadets and juniors, protectors of the groin, breasts (for women).
Protectors on the shins with the protection of the feet are used in the competitions among individual categories of secular parties in accordance with rules approved.

CJJIF offers centralized Hotel accommodation and transportation of participating teams from the airport to hotels and from hotels to the Competition Venue and back!
