Wynnum Renewal Plan: Community Information Sessions
Brisbane City Council’s proposed Wynnum Centre Suburban Renewal Precinct Plan could reshape our bayside centre — with buildings up to 15 storeys and major zoning changes.
This community information session will help residents understand the proposal, discuss infrastructure and planning concerns, and learn how to make an effective submission before consultation closes on 23 November.
We have invited Brisbane City Council representatives and subject matter experts to support open discussion and answer community questions (attendance to be confirmed).
