About this Event

Everyone knows not all hikes are flat & I’ve found that nothing prepares me for the uphills better than some good old stair repeats. I like to incorporate this into my weekly workouts & would love for you to join me for the “fun”!
We will meet at Libbie Hill Park for as many ups & downs as you’d like. I’ve found that 20 minutes is a good place to start with 5-10 minutes added each week (stopping at 1 hour). The pace is entirely up to you.
You’ll want to have plenty of water & maybe a snack for after. Lets meet at fountain & do a quick introduction & then get started. There is plenty of free street parking.

Each member attending the event will be required to register through Eventbrite. In the event you successfully register, and then are unable to attend, please release the ticket so that another member may attend.
