About this Event
** EVENT CAPPED AT 12 PARTICIPANTS, REGISTER ASAP **
This will be a lite hike on beautiful Quail Hollow Trail in Sandy. During the hike, we will stop at a shaded spot to enjoy a Sound Healing experience by the amazing Jada from Soul Journey.
MEETING TIME: Please arrive by 8:50am so we can start the hike on time at 9am.
TRAIL INFO: 2.3 miles roundtrip with 196 ft of elevation gain. Please click for more details. Dogs are allowed on this trail however we prefer to not have them at this specific event due to the sound healing portion.
PARKING: Parking is free both by trailhead or nearby on the road. Carpooling is highly encourged.
WHAT TO BRING: Water, sunscreen, hat if you want extra sun protection, light jacket in case it's windy in the morning, first aid kit, a yoga mat or towel or light blanket to lay down on, a friend and your smiles :)
OUR SOUND HEALING PRACTITIONER: Jada integrates therapeutic yoga, somatic practices, mindfulness, breathwork, and sound supported rest into personalized sessions that meet you where you are. Her style is grounded and down to earth, blending understanding of the nervous system with established mind body practices. She is also very involved with community service and we are extremely lucky and grateful that she will be sharing her talents with us on April 11. LIABILITY WAIVER: Friendly reminder that Women Who Explore events are 18+ and it is required to sign the e-waiver before attending your first event. Please sign on an annual basis. Link HERE! Waivers are good for 1 year.
** PLEASE NOTE: Even though some ambassadors are wilderness first aid certified, this is a casual get together for shared outdoor enthusiasts. Safety is a top priority; please plan accordingly.**
CANCELLATION POLICY: If you are registering for one of our group events, we ask that you are 100% committed to attending when you register. If you reserve a spot and are unable to attend, please cancel as soon as possible on Eventbrite. We ask that you try to cancel a minimum of 2 days prior to the day of the event as this allows other women who would like to attend the ability to plan to join us.
