About this Event

Please join us for an in-person Lunch and Learn with Dr. Regina Lark of A Clear Path!

"Who's Running the Show? Emotional Labor in Transportation Workplaces"

Spoiler: it's usually the women. From smoothing team dynamics to mentoring junior staff to being the one everyone turns to in a crisis — all while managing a full life outside the office, including the invisible work of caring for children, partners, and aging parents. This talk explores how emotional labor shows up in leadership and career advancement, and what individuals and organizations can do to rebalance the load.

Attendees of the workshop will include a copy of Regina’s book: Emotional Labor: Why A Woman’s Work is Never Done and What To Do About It

Join us to discover, discuss, and find out how you can rebalance the workload professionally at work and personally at home!
