About this Event

For the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games, the Los Angeles region is delivering one of the most ambitious multi-modal mobility programs in the world, uniting aviation, commuter rail, transit, street and highway systems to move millions seamlessly across the region. Learn how agencies and partners are aligning infrastructure, operations, and traveler experience to enable efficient, reliable, and accessible travel across modes. This coordinated approach will redefine how people move between venues, gateways, and communities—leaving a lasting legacy of connected mobility for LA. What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

Obtain a voucher at the registration desk upon checking in for the event. Parking rates are $25 for valet parking.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You can either bring your printed ticket or display your ticket on your mobile device using the Eventbrite app.

Will Corporate Partner vouchers be accepted for this event?

Corporate Partner vouchers WILL be accepted for this event. Vouchers are accepted for individual tickets to monthly Programs (not event sponsorships). What is the refund policy?

Cancellations must be made prior to Wednesday, February 11th at 5pm in order to receive a partial refund for individual tickets purchased. No refunds will be provided for event sponsorships, however your event sponsorship may be upgraded to a higher level. *Please note that Eventbrite no longer refunds the fees associated with each ticket purchase.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Your registration/ticket is only transferrable to another WTS member. Please contact WTS-LA Membership Chair Yolanda Baber at [email protected] for WTS membership questions.

Registration is closed, can I still register for the event?

Once registration is closed you will no longer be able to purchase tickets through the Eventbrite page. We may offer a limited number of walk-in tickets on the day of the event, but we cannot guarantee that you will receive a walk-in ticket. All walk-in tickets are subject to a $25 late fee.
