About this Event
For 55 years, the Waldorf School of Lexington has been nurtured by the head, heart, and hands of extraordinary teachers—individuals who have guided generations of children with creativity, intention, and a deep reverence for childhood. This evening offers an opportunity to honor all faculty, past and present, whose dedication has shaped the life of our school.
We also come together in recognition of the community of families, alumni, and friends whose connection to the school has endured and deepened over time. Their presence has helped sustain and strengthen the school across the years.
During the evening, we will offer special recognition to Catherine Steiner, whose life’s work has been deeply interwoven with the fabric of WSL, and who continues to bring a valued and guiding presence to the life of the school. We will share more about the Steiner Fund, created to strengthen our Student Support Department and support the continued growth of this work.
As we gather, we hold both past and future: honoring those who have carried the work forward across these 55 years, and strengthening our capacity to meet the children who are yet to come.
We hope you will join us for a joyful evening of music, dancing, and celebration.
