Our next Walsall Senior Citizens Orchestra concert, at 2pm, at Walsall Arena, on 2nd October, is going to be very special. The music has been chosen to honour the memory and musical taste of one of our flautists, Alan Pinson, a past chairman of the orchestra for many years, who sadly died earlier this year. The dance band, in which Alan also played, are also going to be playing an extended selection of music dedicated to him. Everyone, of all ages, is welcome to join us for what promises to be an afternoon of wonderful music of varying genres. Tickets are available on the door for £2.
