Track 1: Through the Eyes of a Child at Play: Curiosity & the World
Supporting children’s play fosters growth across multiple areas of development while helping them make sense of the world around them. In this hands-on, reflective session, we’ll explore constructivist and inquiry-based approaches, including Loose Parts play, that inspire creativity and deeper thinking. Together, we’ll also reflect on our values and roles as co-learners in guiding children’s interests and discoveries.
Track 2: Most Ordinary Men, Most Extraordinary Impact; Reframing the fatherhood role in early childhood
Fathers play a vital role in children’s growth, learning, and well-being, yet their voices are often overlooked in family engagement strategies. This session will explore effective practices and policies for engaging fathers as equal partners in early learning and community systems. Together, we’ll discuss ways to build inclusive programs that uplift and support fathers in shaping their children’s futures.
Track 3: Power in Action – Advocacy Essentials
Join the WSA team for an energizing 3-part training that breaks down the fundamentals of advocacy—what it is, how it differs from lobbying, and how you can use your voice to create change. You’ll gain practical tools to craft and deliver messages with confidence, clarity, and impact. Guided by your favorite trio, this interactive series makes advocacy both fun and inspiring.
