Jennifer is the President and CEO of Son Dulce Live Salsa, a twelve-piece traditional salsa band which has been performing throughout the Northwest, headlining public events, and raising money for scholarships and fundraisers for over 18 years. In addition to her work with "Son Dulce" Jennifer is the board president for Nuestras Raices Centro Comunitario, a community center that promotes and serves Hispanic/Latino interests through cultural and business outreach, social justice, and community well-being. Jennifer's work includes a robust, 28-year background in Healthcare Administration, Operations, and Executive Leadership. She has served in the operations of 26 clinics across Western WA and has managed grants which served Migrant Farm Workers and Seasonal Workers' families. Her work in this area was published nationally with Unidos U.S. She is currently working at the Center for Health Equity and Wellness for MultiCare Health Systems. Jennifer’s work spans across 12 hospitals and related services across Washington state.
