LAKE HIGHLANDS HIGH SCHOOLThis event is a great way to meet with the group, but also run your own paces, everyone is welcome! You have the option to warm up on the track, or warm up on the Lake Highlands North Trail that is right behind the track - there is access from an alley near the school.
A couple of things to note: Please pick up after yourself - do not leave water bottles or trash behind. Some general etiquette: faster runners in lane 1, and please shift to the outer lanes during your recovery laps.
There is plenty of parking in the school parking lot.
