We’re pleased to announce our first ever competition that is run by women, for women.WRPF UK IRON MAIDENS - @Ironmaidens_wrpf
Your event promoter for this competition will be @Amandakins2, who has been wanting to run this style of competition for the past few years, but we’ve never had space on the calendar.
However, that changes now. This will now become a staple on our yearly calendar whilst Amanda continuously improves each year’s event.
This competition will be for you whether you’re an absolute first timer or seasoned veteran when it comes to competing.
We have one of the most supportive platforms and platform crews around when it comes to our usual competitions, but it’ll be even better when you’ve got a platform crew, referee team and table crew entirely made-up of women providing their support throughout the day.
We’re releasing the entries for this competition way in advance so that Amanda can promote and gain sponsors as we approach the day, benefitting everyone on the platform.
Can it get better?
Well, it sure can. This competition only requires a WRPF membership should you want to break WRPF UK records, otherwise you’re free to enter as a guest.

If you’re a member of the A/BPU, then you can also use this event as a qualifying event for the A/BPU Single Lift & Full Power British in 2025 along with the Powerlifting Games
Whether you're Raw, Wraps, Single ply or multiply all are welcome.
Lifters from all countries are very much welcome.
