A day retreat exploring expressive writing. Where experience meets mindfulness. A mindful journaling day to go on an inner discovery journey with your pen to explore and express your deepest thoughts and feelings. Allowing a free flow of expression to expand perspective, find clarity and objectivity. Expressive writing can help reduce anxiety, lessen rumination, lower blood pressure, and boost immunity. All scientifically validated. The day will be a restful combination of journaling, mindful movement from both traditions of Yoga & Qigong, meditation and deep rest. With time for nature immersion in the beautiful gardens of Mount Ephraim. The day includes a light lunch tea & coffee.
