About this Event
We have all, at one point, fantasized about becoming authors, but sometimes the path toward actualizing that dream can be difficult. In a workshop setting, we will work on beginning and building on paper our best ideas, whether fiction, nonfiction, or memoir.
During our meetings, we will share our individual writing and discuss as a group its strengths, shortcomings, potential paths for improvement, and various directions the story might take. Each participant will also receive individualized, typed, instructor feedback before every meeting, helping to guide you even further toward your ultimate writing goals.
Sasi Goldstein holds a BA in Writing Seminars from The Johns Hopkins University and an MFA in Creative Writing with a focus in Fiction from the University of Tampa. An instructor for the past fifteen years, she has taught individuals how to refine and hone their writing skills in various capacities, from one-one-one tutoring for students as young as five, to large high school classrooms, to adults drafting their first novel, and even through Johns Hopkins's gifted students program, The Center for Talented Youth.
