Our next Writers' Workshop, Booranga Writers' Centre, BLD 410, Mambarra Drive, CSU Campus , Estella (Wagga Wagga) 2 - 4 pm.April Workshop will be led by Kai Jensen and Elizabeth Walton.
Kai Jensen lives and writes on Djiringanj Yuin country at Wallaga Lake on the Far South Coast of NSW. Kai’s poetry has appeared in most leading Australasian literary journals, and in journals in the USA, Canada and India. Kai’s first book of poetry, 'The Zebra Path of Tree Light', was published by 5 Islands Press in 2025. He is a lively and engaging performer of his poetry.
Elizabeth Walton is a writer and musician who has been shortlisted for many literary prizes. Her poetry cycle 'How to Read a City, Your Place of Last Resort' will be published by 5 Islands Press in 2026.
We invite writers of all abilities, genres and interests to join us with a piece of writing you are working on, to workshop, develop and share with fellow writers. Please bring multiple copies (6 - 8 ) of the work to share around the table for editing purposes. These will be returned to you at the end of the workshop.
