This is a safe space to uncover your emotions and transform them into meaningful poetry. Whether you're a seasoned poet or just starting out, come connect, create, and heal with fellow writers. Bring your stories, your feelings, and your voice—let’s write what hurts and find strength in it together!
Led by Denile Baugh (CT-Based Writer, Poet and Author of “The Salt We Bleed”), this session invites participants to write from heartbreak, envy, shame, resentment, regret, and emotional contradiction. In this workshop participates will write those feelings directly and artistically. Through short readings, practical craft tools, and layered prompts, writers will explore how difficult emotional material can become vivid, honest and insight poetry.
