This two-hour workshop offers writing as a catalyst for tending to grief. Participants will explore prose and poetry, engage with writing prompts, and have the choice to share their own reflections in a supportive and nonjudgmental space.
Sometimes our hearts find voice through the written word—whether as a creative outpouring, a stream of insight, or the discovery of hidden emotions. Giving words time and space to unfold can bring comfort and deepen understanding on the journey through grief and healing.
