Participants will explore the structure and language of the TREC 1-4 Family Residential Contract and related addenda, focusing on how to protect clients’ interests while remaining within legal and ethical boundaries. Key topics include financing contingencies, option periods, repair amendments, and negotiation strategies that lead to successful closings.

This class is ideal for agents who want to gain confidence in drafting buyer contracts and better understand the legal implications of each section. Real-world scenarios and case studies will be reviewed to help agents apply their knowledge in everyday transactions.
