Where: Market Street Green (in front of Lululemon, The Woodlands)
Schedule:
5:30-6:00 PM → Check-in
6:00–6:30 PM → Community Run led by Ambassador Cliff Griffin
6:30–7:00 PM → MRT Strength & Conditioning Workout on the Green led by Coach Jeremy Geist
All fitness levels are welcome! Bring a friend, bring your energy, and let’s sweat together.
What to Bring:
✔ Comfortable workout clothes
