About this Event
You spent weeks building the relationship. You met the buyer at an open house, conducted the buyer consultation, showed 14 homes, ran the comps, negotiated hard, and finally got an accepted offer. Then — inspection issues, appraisal drama, a nervous buyer, and a weak contract couldn't hold it together. The deal died. So did your commission. So did your client’s dreams. (OK, maybe a bit hyperbolic – but you get the point)
Some deals are cancelled and they should be. BUT, many fall apart because of weak contracts, unmanaged expectations, fear, and/or poor communication. The good news? Every single one of those is fixable.
