About this Event
This hybrid workshop is designed for novice researchers who are specifically intending to submit a grant application to the Toowoomba Hospital Foundation. Much of the content will be generalisable across other small grant contexts.
The format of the workshop will be interactive with participants working through:
- THF grant guidelines
- Practical grant writing tips
- Time to strategise writing your grant application
About the presenters:
- Dr Ans Van Erp, a member of the Toowoomba Hospital Foundation committee and a past recipient of THF Grants will share her valuable expertise and practical tips to guide those interested in applying for a THF grant.
- A/Prof Priya Martin is the Discipline Lead and Program Director for Occupational Therapy at UniSQ. She has had several THF research grants while previously working in DDH, as well as other national grants such as the MRFF. Her grant funds total over $7 million as chief investigator.
The workshop will be run from SQRH on the Ballie Henderson Hospital Campus. Further directions will be provided in the registration confimation email.
