Are you a writer that is interested in improving your skills or connecting with other local writers? Have you ever wondered what it might be like to participate in a workshop at the world-renowned Iowa Writer’s Workshop? Molly Biskupic from the Iowa Writer’s Workshop will join us at the Library to provide a workshop experience right here in Lisbon! Attendees are invited to bring a short sample (Molly recommended a 200-word story) of your work to share with the group so that everyone can get a feel for each other’s writing and what projects they’re working on. We'll also discuss the best times for future meetings to continue the workshop on a monthly basis.
