WRITE to Heal: Transformative Writing Circle
Every 4th Saturday each month...
More than a writing workshop, this is a sacred, intimate space for reflection, release, and renewal. Through guided meditation, automatic writing, transformational prompts, and somatic practices, participants navigate stuck emotions, inner child wounds, and vulnerable life transitions. This holistic journey integrates artistic exploration, energy healing, and movement, offering profound restoration from within. Begin penning your pain into power through deep introspection, creative expression, and collective poetry.

Upon registration, you'll receive information on how to access the building to get to the New Wellness Center.
Arrival: 10:30am to find parking downtown
Parking: Street Parking (read signs) and a Smart Park garage is across the street on 10th
Supplies: All materials are provided, just come as you are. Wear comfortable clothing.
