Join us for our Winter Wellness Workshop Series with the lovely Carla Munro.
Write to Heal is a transformative somatic writing workshop that explores the healing power of words. This unique experience invites participants to gently reconnect with their emotions through their bodies, expressing what comes up through a guided journaling process. Under Carla’s compassionate facilitation, you’ll learn techniques that help release emotional tension and encourage self-discovery, all within a supportive, creative space. You do not need to know how to write or be a creative writer to Write to Heal. Somatic awareness is about accessing deeper insights through automatic writing – no ‘thinking’ is required! Discover how tuning into your body’s wisdom can unlock personal healing and well-being, using the simple but profound tool of the written word.
TICKETS
Your workshop ticket includes:
- 1 hour workshop and half an hour for refreshments and relaxed discussion
- Refreshments include a delicious cacao drink, tea, coffee, spring water and nibbles
