Wreath making with Bess at Ace Hotel Sydney

Celebrate the season with an evening filled with flowers — making wreaths in Ace Hotel Sydney's laneway cafe, Good Chemistry.

Bess will share her story of growing up on a wildflower farm and how that journey inspired the BESS store in Paddington. She’ll walk through the process of creating our signature wreaths — sculptural, textural pieces made with a focus on Australian native ingredients.

You’ll be guided step by step in creating your own wreath, learning how to select and condition each element. We’ll work on a base of native vine, using a mix of fresh and dried Australian wildflowers such as paper daisy, banksia, driftwood, pods, hakea, and eucalyptus.

All materials are provided, and you’ll take home your finished wreath — ready to hang on your wall or door for the holiday season. Plus every ticket comes with a welcome drink, and a special 20% discount to dine in Ace Hotel Sydney's lobby restaurant LOAM following the workshop.
