You’ll be guided through a softly flowing sequence of traditional yoga poses, each linked with mindful breathwork to help you reconnect and reset. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just beginning your practice, this session offers the perfect balance of movement and relaxation.
MaryJo brings years of experience leading teacher trainings and travel retreats, and she currently teaches weekly classes at Yoga Path Palm Beach.
