We're back on Sunday, joined again by the fantastic Hannah Bonaguide! 3-6pm. The competitor's intensive is for those who want to up their WCS game in a faster, higher level environment than our regular weekly classes can offer. While it's geared towards competitive training, you don't have to be competing in WCS to take part. It's limited to 20 participants

4-5 High level pattern
5-6 spotlight critiques
