“Audit the Noise: How to Focus on What Actually Moves Your Business Forward”

In a world full of constant demands and distractions, it’s easy to stay busy without making real progress. This session helps leaders identify the “noise” pulling their attention away from what truly matters and provides practical tools to refocus on high-impact work. Attendees will leave with a clear framework to prioritize effectively, make better decisions, and drive meaningful results.
Sierra Collins is the Founder and CEO of Sierra Learnership Collaborative, LLC, a leadership development firm dedicated to helping individuals and organizations grow with intention.

After more than a decade in public education and a wide range of leadership roles, Sierra expanded her work beyond the classroom to design and deliver customized leadership development programs that strengthen influence, communication, accountability, and organizational effectiveness.

She is a Maxwell Certified Leadership Coach, Speaker, and Trainer, a DISC Behavioral Consultant, and a Full Focus Planner Certified Pro. With a master’s degree in education and over ten years of experience designing engaging learning experiences, Sierra has a distinct ability to simplify complex leadership concepts and translate them into practical, actionable systems.

Sierra and her team of Collaborative Partners serve individuals, teams, municipalities, and organizations locally, nationally, and internationally, delivering customized leadership development and organizational support.

Sierra is also the host of the Tri-State Leadership Summit, a regional event created to bring the region’s leaders under one roof for practical, implementation-focused leadership development. The Summit is designed to move beyond inspiration and provide leaders with the clarity, tools, and accountability needed to create lasting impact within their organizations and communities. The second annual Tri-State Leadership Summit will take place on October 14.

In addition, she hosts Branching Out with Sierra, a podcast dedicated to helping individuals apply leadership principles to everyday life, no title required. Through relatable stories, practical tools, and diverse guests, she equips listeners to lead themselves and others with clarity, confidence, and purpose wherever they are.

Her philosophy is simple: leadership is influence, growth is intentional, and the opportunity to impact others exists in every interaction.
