About this Event

Let’s walk through the many ways birds build nests, from elaborate cup nests to cavity nests to a random spot on a roof somewhere. Learn how nesting habitat matters to birds and how you can safely supplement it at home.


Delivered by Shane Abernethy, Bander-in-Charge at the Tommy Thompson Park Bird Research Station and host of the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA) Feathered Fridays Instagram series.
