Instructor - Jennie GrahamDates - Tuesday April 7th and 21st (a 2-part class)
Time - 2 PM until 4 PM
In this hands-on, two-part workshop, you’ll learn how to wrap a simple loom, experiment with a variety of weaving techniques using assorted yarns and textures, and complete your piece for display. Your finished wall hanging will be mounted on a wooden dowel for a polished, professional look. By the end of the class, you’ll have a beautiful handmade wall weaving ready to take home. (Yarn provided by instructor - instructor's choice. Feel free to bring your own yarn if you have a specific yarn or fiber you'd like to use.)
Students should bring their own small loom (affordable options available on Amazon—see registration form for recommendation).
Colors of the piece will be INSTRUCTOR'S CHOICE. Yarns and related materials are provided by the instructor. However, if you have a specific yarn or fiber you’d like to use, feel free to bring it!
See registration form for suggested weaving loom options.
