Wounded Healer Circle: The Wound & The Threshold Sound Bath Meditation

Join Key Ocho, The Chiron Guide, for a transformative sound bath experience at the serene Blue Temple Yurt in the heart of Tucson. This Wounded Healer Circle is a curated sound and meditation experience for those standing at a threshold — between what is ready to be released and what has not yet fully arrived.

Through crystal singing bowls, resonant instruments, guided meditation, and intentional reflection, we create space to meet the wound not as something to fix, but as a place of listening, wisdom, and initiation. Each element of the circle is shaped by the theme of the threshold, making this gathering distinct from a typical sound bath.

You’ll be guided into deep relaxation and embodied awareness, allowing sound and stillness to support nervous system regulation, integration, and a grounded crossing into the new cycle ahead.

This gathering is for those craving depth, reflection, and nervous-system support, centered on presence rather than performance.

Below is how our time will be spent:

• You’ll be invited to draw an oracle card to help set a personal intention for the circle.
• We’ll open with a brief, grounded reflection on the evening’s theme and a chance to arrive together in shared presence.
• There will be space to connect, reflect, and share—always optional and held with care.
• You’ll be guided through a sound bath meditation uniquely shaped by the theme of this Wounded Healer Circle.
• You’ll have time for free writing to capture insights, sensations, or messages that arise during the experience.
• You’ll leave with a simple, sacred practice to support ongoing integration after the circle concludes.

Please bring:

• A journal (if you'd like to free write)
• Blankets, cushion, pillow (optional)
• An open mind and heart
