Weekly Social Table Tennis – All Levels Welcome 🏓

Join us for a friendly weekly table tennis session in Worthing! This is a relaxed and social event focused on having fun, making new friends, and getting active.
Whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced player, you’re very welcome. Some people like to jump straight into games, while others prefer to start with a bit of practice and warm-up rallies — it’s completely up to you.
The atmosphere is supportive, informal, and inclusive. The aim isn’t intense competition (unless you want it to be!) — it’s about enjoying the game, connecting with others, and getting a good workout without even realising it.
