This event is designed to help women reconnect with their bodies, their strength, and their self-trust in a supportive, judgment-free space. (This class is rotational with cocktail/mocktail hour, allowing you to jump in or take breaks as frequently as you need!)

This is not about performance, perfection, or prior experience.
