About Worship Night
Held twice a year, DLCC’s Youth Worship Team, IGNITE, comes together with a shared vision to create a night dedicated to praise and worship. This special gathering is centered on an outpouring of heartfelt worship and an intentional time of exalting God’s name. It is a moment where individuals from all walks of life unite with one purpose—to worship the one true God together.
As we host the sixth edition of Worship Night, our hearts remain anchored on the theme of God’s love. Through worship, we seek not only to lift our voices in praise, but also to create space for people to encounter His presence and be renewed by the depth of His love.
Theme for the Night: God’s Love
The theme invites us to reflect on one of the most powerful and comforting truths of the Christian faith – that God’s love for us is unwavering, limitless, and secure. In a world where love can sometimes feel conditional or uncertain, God’s love stands in complete contrast. It does not depend on our achievements, our circumstances, or even our failures. His love remains constant and faithful through every season of life.
Scripture reminds us that nothing in all creation has the power to separate us from the love God has revealed through Christ. Neither life nor death, neither the visible nor the unseen, neither present struggles nor future uncertainties can break the bond of God’s love for His people. No power, circumstance, or spiritual force is greater than the love that God has chosen to pour out on humanity. This truth assures us that even in our weakest moments, when we feel distant, overwhelmed, or undeserving, God’s love still holds us firmly.
Because of this, Worship Night VI is more than just an evening of singing—it is a sacred space where we gather to remember and experience this unshakable love together. Through worship, prayer, and fellowship, we pause from the busyness of life to refocus our hearts on the One whose love never fails. It is a time to be reminded that we are deeply known and fully loved by God, and that nothing can ever remove us from His care.
As we lift our voices in worship, we respond to the love that first reached out to us. We come not because we have everything together, but because God’s love invites us to draw near. On this night, we celebrate the love that pursues us, sustains us, and remains with us through every moment of our lives.
