Hi everyone 🤍Our next relaxed group hike will be at Worsbrough Mill Country Park in Barnsley — a beautiful local spot with woodland paths, lakeside views, and plenty of nature to enjoy.

🕒 9am set off
📍 Worsbrough Mill Country Park car park, S70 5LJ
🥾 Approx 2–3 hours
(Please allow enough time to park up and meet with us ready for set off at 9am.)
This will be a beginner-friendly social walk. We’ll go at a steady, comfortable pace with plenty of time to enjoy the scenery, chat, and take photos. There’s no rushing and no pressure — nobody gets left behind.
The paths around Worsbrough Mill are mostly well-trodden but can be muddy in places depending on the weather, so please wear suitable footwear and bring water. We’ll take breaks when needed and keep it relaxed.
After the walk, anyone who would like to is welcome to join us for a coffee and a catch-up at the café — the perfect way to finish the morning ☕🤍
🐾 Dogs are very welcome (please keep them under control and be mindful of wildlife and other walkers)
👶 Children are very welcome
This is a relaxed community walk rather than a guided or professionally led hike. Everyone attends at their own discretion and is responsible for themselves.
