worrywart (BC), Sleeve of Skin, usable parts (of Creamo)
About this Event
Super excited to announce this eclectic bill of friends, and future friends!
worrywart hailing from Vancouver are back in Edmonton, wrapping up a big tour down south. From blistering drums, alien delays, and screeching guitars, coupled with swooning melodies and lyrical beauty.
This band is so hardworking and their music shows it, come show em your support!

Sleeve of Skin, 3 piece noise rock, (Slacker Tape musak). Eschewing typical songwriting formats opting for a noisier, care-free approach to creating songs. Adapting performance techniques to lean into improvised music.

And usable parts - a new collaboration between Rachel Burry and Andrew Thorne (Creamo). This performance features the ever so talented Rachel Burry on guitar, and Andrew's crooning vocals, and drawling harmonica buried by fx and synth.
Think: Spacemen 3 and Hope Sandoval, maybe
(some usable parts demos will be up soon, I promise!)

(This is a special performance because Aidan (Creamo) is joining our assemble on drums and who-knows-what while the rest of creamo (Anna) undergoes maintenance (recovery from ACL surgery)) Not to be missed!!
