Worn Thin℠ is a 90-minute restorative healing circle inviting you to pause, exhale, and return to your own center. Through guided reflection, embodied practice, and collective release, we explore what it means to tend to the self that’s been quietly holding it all together for others while neglecting self.
This experience offers space to release the weight of over-functioning, reclaim your energy, and remember that your wellbeing is not a luxury,it’s essential. You’ll leave feeling lighter, grounded, and reconnected to your truth.
This is for you if:
– You give deeply but rarely pause to refill your own cup
– You’re carrying emotional or energetic fatigue
– You long for community spaces that honor lived experience and nervous system restoration

About the Facilitator: Sheryl Daniel is a licensed graduate professional counselor, a certified Brainspotting practitioner, and Reiki II practitioner. Drawing from clinical wisdom, ancestral and intuitive knowing, and lived experience, Sheryl guides women who have become Worn Thin℠ by juggling multiple roles and providing care for others while neglecting self, toward reconnecting with themselves, moving beyond survival to a place of rest, renewal, and thriving.
