About this Event
World Whisky Day started in Scotland back in 2012, today it’s a world celebration of all things whisky. Eddie.S.Klub joins every year with the mission of bringing forward new distilleries and countries that you don’t usually associate with whisky.
This year, we’re presenting something in Portugal. A special tasting that invites you to discover how different climates, traditions, and craftsmanship shape unique expressions of whisky. From the Nordic coasts to the warmth of India, each dram offers a story waiting to be savoured.
Tasting Line-Up
1. High Coast Single Malt (Sweden) – A crisp and elegant Nordic whisky, with notes of vanilla, light oak, and a touch of maritime freshness.
2. Glen Breton 10 Years Old Single Malt (Canada) – Smooth and approachable, offering gentle fruit, soft spice, and a subtle malty sweetness.
3. Black Wolf Rye Malt (Portugal) – A lively rye with bright herbal notes, spice, and a clean, modern character.
4. Matsui Peated Single Malt (Japan) – A smoky expression with cereal notes, and fruity sweet persistent finish.
5. Amrut Fusion Single Malt (India) – Bold and complex, marrying Indian and Scottish barley with layers of spice, fruit, and oak.
