Learn gentle Tai Chi and Qigong movements designed to release stress and improve strength and balance.
Well suited for beginners with a wide range of physical abilities.
Lesson will be held at the Millennium Park in West Roxbury, weather permitting. In case of rain the lesson will be held at the Body Mind Systems location (1739 Centre Street, West Roxbury).
