Celebrate World T'ai Chi & Qigong Day at the Iowa City Senior Center on Saturday, April 25 from 9:30-11:30 am. Around the globe on the last Saturday in April, people practice the healing, peaceful movements of T'ai Chi and Qigong. Join us in creating 24 hours of unity, wellness, and peace around the world.This event is free and open to everyone. Tea and cookies will be provided. Co-sponsored by Body Moves Fitness and Wellness Center and Iowa City Senior Center.
