Release Stress and Reconnect With Your Body Through Tai Chi & Qigong
Join Rooted Alchemy for a guided experience in honor of World Tai Chi & Qigong Day, led by Sonny Mannon, a lifelong martial artist, teacher, and practitioner with over 20 years of experience.
This 2-hour session is designed to help you step out of stress and into a more grounded, relaxed state through simple movement, breath, and awareness.
You can attend in person or join live online from anywhere.
Sonny will guide you through Tai Chi and Qigong in a way that is clear, practical, and accessible, while also sharing the deeper roots behind these practices.
By the end of the session, you’ll feel more relaxed, more present, and more connected to your body.
