About this Event

It's World Snow Day on the 18th of January!

World Snow Day is observed on the third Sunday in January each year, and was created by the International Ski Federation (FIS). The purpose behind it is to increase children’s participation in snow-related sports like skiing and snowboarding, while bringing together families for a fun-filled frolic in the snow. The day is celebrated to encourage children and their families to enjoy and create lasting memories of the wonders of snow.

Come along to Hale End library and get creative with us, have fun making your very own snowy craft to celebrate this special day!
