About this Event
Join me, Vicky Rainbow and others for a special day focusing on peace and autumn! There will be a variety of creative and wellbeing activities such as dance/movement, nature connection, song, relaxation and more!
We will immerse ourselves in the energies of the autumn equinox by heading out on a lovely walk & nature adventure to the nearby Withdean Park Nature Reserve (the length of this will be weather dependent).
Throughout the day you will be lovingly invited to cultivate inner peace by engaging in activities that promote serenity and tranquility. Let's embrace Autumn and peace together!
?No experience needed! (come with an open heart & mind)
☘️PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN VEGGIE/VEGAN LUNCH (there is also a co-op a few mintues walkaway)
?There will be free vegan hot drinks & nibbles.
LOCATION & PARKING/TRANSPORT
The event will be happening at the beautiful Patcham Memorial Hall which has a sprung floor! There is lots of FREE on-street parking and bus stops very nearby. Preston Park Train station is a 10 minute bus ride and/or a 30min walk.

Im passionate about dancing, nature, creativity and all things to do with wellbeing. I love bringing people together in healthy ways that focus on cultivating our values & inner happiness. I have been facilitating dance & wellbeing based workshops and events for over 15 years. I am the creator of Soulshine Dance - a unique mix of creative dance, mindful movement & dance meditation - it's all about bringing JOY and PLEASURE into all you do!
