Three incredible musicians and one talented dancer take to the Alphabet City stage all the way from Spain to regale us with modern flamenco. The group is led by Pablo Giménez, a flamenco and classical guitarist who combines flamenco music with orchestral instruments. As a musical director, soloist, and accompanist, Pablo has worked on the shows “Flamenco: joven y jondo,” “De Guadix a Buenos Aires,” “Real de la Alhambra,” and “Nefelibata” by choreographer and dancer Víctor Martín, and “Alètheia” by choreographer and dancer Irene La Serranilla. The group will perform original compositions with the musicians working in perfect tandem with the dancer, whose steps act as the percussive guiding force to each song.
