Celebrate World Oceans Day at the Alaska SeaLife Center with ocean-themed activities, community partnerships, and educational experiences for all ages. On Sunday, June 7, free plaza activities will run from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., including the outdoor touch pool, microscopes, the Wildlife Response Van, a marine debris art project, a salmon skinning demonstration with Homestead Handicraft, a bounce house, a citywide scavenger hunt, and morning yoga in underwater viewing.
On Monday, June 8, special programs continue inside the Center with admission, including movie screenings of "How Deep is Your Love" and a Plankton Mandala Art Exhibit.
