Why play for mental health?
According to the National Alliance on Mental Illness, play can significantly reduce stress and lead to improved mood and better stress management.
We will be using the idea of "play" to celebrate World Mental Health Day in our store on October 10th. This day is internationally recognized as a day for mental health education and advocacy.

When: Thursday, October 10th, 11:00 AM -12:00 PM
Where: our Apache Mall store
Who: You!
What: Our local ambassadors will be joining us in the store to lead some fun and games, maybe a little competition, and a place to connect and relax. We will have some coffee and treats from Moka!
