About this Event
According to the National Alliance on Mental Illness, play can significantly reduce stress and lead to improved mood and better stress management. So on October 10, we’re setting up some play dates.
Join us at where: Shops at Merrick Park for moments of fun, connection, and play you won’t find anywhere else.
When: October 10, 2024
Where: Shops at Merrick Park, on the lawn by the fountain
Time: 6:00pm; registration at 5:30pm
What: Join us for a 30-minute yoga class rooted in play with our Ambassador and local yoga teacher, Leo Moreno and connection after. We encourage you to bring your friends, families, and furry friends for this community get together. This is open to all ages, and all fitness levels. After class, we will have light refreshments, water, and invite you to join us to shop our newest product at lululemon Merrick Park.
