About this Event
***RESCHEDULED TO THURSDAY NOVEMBER 7TH***
Florida For Good Miami is thrilled to announce our upcoming event during Florida Climate Week this November!
Partnering with the Volo Foundation, our gathering at the Lakeside Village Auditorium at the University of Miami will welcome business leaders, non-profits, advocacy groups, university students, community youth and government officials.
Our event will feature a screening of the powerful documentary "The Shitthropocene" by Patagonia, setting the stage for an evening dedicated to examining the impacts of consumerism on our environment and society. The theme of our event, "Less is More: The Role of Sustainable Consumption," aims to inspire attendees to rethink consumption patterns and embrace sustainable lifestyles.
Doors will open at 5:45 for pre-registration and will include complimentary access to the Lowe Art Musuem. Refreshments will be served for guests.
