World Menopause Day Event - October 18th, 2024

- 12 PM – Gosford Rotary Park
- 12 PM – Long Jetty Reserve
Join us for a day of complimentary Pilates and yoga by the sea, brought to you by Central Coast’s most popular instructors. This special event is designed to break the silence surrounding menopause, foster meaningful conversations, and provide a supportive community for women navigating perimenopause and menopause.
